SHIPPING

All items are handmade and can take up to 7-10 business days to ship. Solid 14kt gold pieces are made to order, and could take longer.  Please e-mail with specific questions regarding your order if necessary.  Once completed, your package will be shipped via USPS First Class.  Priority shipping moves your item to the top of the cue.  A notification e-mail will be sent when your package has been shipped.

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package.  If you are concerned about the security of your delivery, please contact to add signature confirmation to your order or additional insurance.   

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your item, it may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value.  Returns for a credit can be made up to 5 days from the date in which the item was received. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.  After 5 days, only exchanges will be accepted.  Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.  Solid 14kt gold pieces are special ordered, and cannot be exchanged or returned, though they can be resized for a small fee.  If you are unsure of your size, please contact me to request a ring sizer.
